The four walls

The foundations that carry a house and create a room

Made from solidified structures, poles running through

They observe the lives of many as the figures bloom.

They may be designed in abundance,

As flowers grow or as symbols shine

Waves of paint thrown on them with little reluctance.

Often, they are overlooked by many

Though some choose, to design them with passion

To each their own after all there is plenty.

Never to be ridiculed nor underestimated,

These compositions carry large burdens,

And can display great beauty when decorated.
